Can I use these products while I’m pregnant?

Pregnant women are advised to not douche or steam unless instructed by their ob/gyn. Keep in mind your body consumes everything you input in it, meaning the baby that’s growing inside will be affected and you want the baby to be safe. 

How often should I douche?

Any of our douches can be used safely up to two times a week, although we recommend use only once a week. However, each women body is differently, depending upon you which includes your diet, sexual activity, and choice of sanitary products will be able to determine how many times you need to douche.

What’s the shelf life of the douches and how do you store it?

The shelf life for all douches are 3 months. Because they are 100% natural the douches must be kept stored inside the amber glass bottle refrigerated.
