Yoni Steaming Herbs

JuicyKitty Yoni steaming herbs are suitable for most women to use, addressing important parts that support the womb health. This blend will help cleanse the uterus/clearing out old residue, HPV, cramps, menstrual health, infertility, fibroids, endometriosis, menopausal, ovarian cyst, vaginal dryness, odor, irregular periods, inflammation etc.

Instructions :

Toilet bowl Method

1. Boil 3-4 cups of water. Once it reaches a boil turn heat down to medium then add herbs.
2. Let it boil it for 10-15 minutes.
3. Turn off the heat. Leave the lid on and steep for 5-10 minutes.
4. Place a stainless steel bowl in your toilet. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO SANITIZE/CLEANSE YOUR TOILET BEFORE STEAMING.
5. Pour water into the stainless steel bowl you have placed in your toilet or place pot under yoni stool.
6. Place your inner arm 8-10 inches over the water to make sure it is not too hot. If the water is not too hot, proceed.
7. Remove underwear and sit on the seat above the steaming water. 
8. Put a cloak or blanket around your waist making sure no steam escapes. 
9. Yoni steam for 10-30 minutes. Relax. 
10. Once you done steaming dump the water into the toilet.
