Please review our shipping process, timelines, and important policies below.
1. Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days from the date your order is placed.
Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Please note:
- Processing times are separate from shipping/transit times.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
- During sales, promotions, restocks, or new product launches, processing times may be extended.
You will receive:
- An order confirmation email after purchase
- A shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has shipped
If you do not receive tracking within 5 business days, please check your spam/junk folder before contacting us.
2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery
We ship using trusted carriers including:
- USPS
- UPS
- DHL (select international orders)
Once shipped, estimated transit time is 3–5 business days for domestic orders.
Delivery times may vary based on:
- Location
- Carrier volume
- Weather conditions
- Holidays
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Package weight
- Shipping destination
- Selected shipping speed
Free shipping promotions (if applicable) will be clearly stated at checkout.
4. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to:
- All U.S. states
- Select international countries available at checkout
If your country is not listed at checkout, we do not currently ship there.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
You may:
- Track your order using the provided link
- Contact the shipping carrier directly for delivery updates
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after receiving your confirmation email.
6. Lost, Stolen, or “Delivered” Packages
Once your order has been scanned and accepted by the shipping carrier, ownership transfers to the customer.
Juicy Kitty Co. is not responsible for:
- Packages marked “Delivered” but not received
- Stolen packages
- Carrier delivery errors
- Damage occurring after delivery
- Packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout
If your tracking number shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate your package:
- Check all surrounding areas (porch, mailbox, garage, side door, etc.)
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Contact the carrier directly to file a claim
You must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
We do not issue refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered.
If you purchased shipping insurance or package protection at checkout, you must file your claim through that provider.
7. Damaged Packages (In-Transit Damage)
If your package arrives visibly damaged in transit, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:
Your email must include:
- Full name
- Order number
- Clear photos of:
- Outer packaging
- Shipping label
- All contents inside the package
After review, we may issue:
- A replacement item, or
- Store credit for the damaged item
We do not guarantee refunds for transit damage.
Failure to report within 48 hours voids eligibility.
8. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout, including:
- Apartment or suite numbers
- Correct street names
- Correct zip codes
- Proper formatting
If a package is returned to us due to:
- Incorrect address
- Incomplete address
- Invalid address
- Failure to retrieve package
- Refused delivery
The order is not eligible for a refund.
Returned packages may qualify for:
- Reshipment (customer must pay reshipping fees), or
- Store credit for product total (shipping costs excluded)
9. International Orders
For international customers:
- You are responsible for understanding your country’s import regulations.
- Juicy Kitty Co. is not responsible for packages delayed, seized, or rejected by customs.
- Customers are responsible for all customs duties, VAT, or import taxes.
We do not issue refunds for customs-related issues.
If an international package is returned due to customs rejection, reshipping fees will apply.
10. Shipping Delays
Shipping delays may occur due to:
- Weather events
- Natural disasters
- Carrier staffing shortages
- High-volume seasons
- Holidays
- Global supply chain disruptions
We are not liable for carrier-related delays once the package has been shipped.
If a major delay occurs, we will notify customers when possible.
11. Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase.
Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.
12. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time.
Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
Continued use of our website constitutes agreement to the updated policy.
